My brother lives in Tokyo and I used to teach at a Catholic school which is a part of an international network of schools that has a nunnery/school right down the street from where he lives. Hmm. I can't help but wonder if they are one and the same...*StalkyStalky*
thank you! It is really taking me while to get back in the swing of things on here, so I was hoping that drawing a lot of pictures would help kickstart the process
This one seemed so random! Perhaps Japan does that to people ... It reminds that I have only one memory of my entire time in Venezuela, and that was in a plane at the airport. No, wait, sorry, that was my entire eXperience of Venezuela.
Wow such a short cartoon presentation...your story is really very funny in many regards...I just love to be here every time...thanks for your glorious efforts...!
There was a nun showing enthusiasm and cracking a smile in this. I must travel to this magical place where women who wear the habit aren't saddled with a clenched jaw and internalized rage. You have inspired me.
My favorite moment:

DeleteOMG. My day is now complete.

I sincerely hope you actually sang into the ear of a sleeping nun. Please say you did.
No, unfortunately that was an embellishment. But thanks for reading, Cupcake!
DeleteThis blog is awesome. If I wasn't poor and homeless I would donate.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Its more important to me that you read and comment then donate money-its very encouraging
DeleteNuns forgive, but they do not forget. They are like elephants in that way. And penguins.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, the notoriously long arm of penguin memory.

ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to do karaoke in Japan! Do you take your shoes off even in bars?

DeleteFinally.
ReplyDeleteAnd it didn't disappoint.
But do I have to wait another six months for the next chapter...?
